Two ways to engage

You are 12-36 months out. We run your finance function on the Strategic tier (AED 30,000/month) and build readiness into every close. A success fee applies only at a completed sale, disclosed in your proposal; no exit, no fee.

The transaction is live or imminent and your books are managed elsewhere. Retainer AED 10,000/month for 6-18 months plus a success fee at close, disclosed in your proposal. The mandate has a defined expiry; if no transaction closes, it ends.

Entry point for either: the Financial Health Diagnostic (AED 37,000-92,000, 2-4 weeks, AED 9,175 credited if you continue within 30 days). Accelerated scoping under an active LOI.
